Biography
Sweetbert Matumaini
Founder & CEOSocial Scientist
Sweetbert Matumaini is a social scientist and the founder of this research and development platform. He manages a system that provides online questionnaires, GIS services, and socio-economic problem incubation to support data-driven decision-making and sustainable development.
With a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam, he has expertise in environmental sustainability, spatial planning, and research methodologies.
He is one of 59 graduates impacted by GeoICT4e project — a collaborative initiative between the University of Turku, Finnish UAS partners, and four Tanzanian universities (UDSM, ARU, SUA, SUZA). This transformative program has strengthened teaching, learning, and digital innovation in geospatial technologies across Tanzania and beyond.
